New Cool Business Alert: Nails by ColVon

 

Have you ever heard of an idea so great you think to yourself, now why didn’t I think of that first? Well that’s just the reaction I had when I heard about  Colvon–  a Los Angeles-based nail salon (on wheels).  Colvon pretty much travels around Los Angeles to offices, residential complexes, local hot spots and events and will do your nails right then and there in the comfort of a refurbished nail bus. You can also book it for weddings, corporate events, or private parties. How convenient is that?!?!? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been out and about, broke a nail and wished there was a nail salon that could pull right up and save the day ( I take my nails seriously ya’ll).

I’d met cute and bubbly owner Emily Christina at a blogger event so when I was invited to her business opening I jumped at the opportunity to support another blogger babe. I was also super inspired by her vision and the fact that this girl is in her early twenties and making it happen on her terms (Talk about reevaluation of my own life)!

 

So pretty much Colvon travels around Los Angeles based on a schedule. On these scheduled time and dates they park around Los Angeles at intersections near office buildings, college campuses, and residential areas. Customers can find out where the salon will be located on a particular day and time by looking at their schedule online.
