I love throwing a delicious dinner party but I hate the thought of slaving over a hot oven in an even hotter kitchen to achieve it. My family and friends know this about me and usually put me in charge of drinks and appetizers (both of which are party foul fool-proof). So if you’re anything like me this recipe will be right up your alley. Using Mountain High Yoghurt I created a ranch dip that is both delicious and healthy! Read more to find out how you can make my 5 Minute Mountain High Yoghurt Ranch Dip
Just to give you a little background on Mountain High – In 1976, Mountain High started making yoghurt using a traditional European method they fondly renamed “Cultured in the Cup” —a method still used today. Mountain High mixes the milk and cultures together and puts that into the same cups that will be shipped to the grocery store later. Because Mountain High wants the milk they use to create their yoghurt to taste perfect, they look for farms where they never treat the cows with growth hormones and all of their products are made with just a few simple ingredients. The simplicity of my dip and the simplicity with which Mountain High creates their Yoghurt makes this recipe the perfect blend…
5 Minute Mountain High Yoghurt Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup Mountain High plain yoghurt
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients into a bowl until combined and texture is creamy and smooth. You will want to serve it immediately or within 3 days of creation. Good until yoghurt expiration date.
Now does it get any easier than this? What are some recipes you could use Mountain High Yoghurt with? I’d love to know in the comments below!

That sounds delicious. I’m a big fan of ranch dip, but I’m not a fan of how bad it is for me. This sounds like a great way to keep all that flavor and creaminess but add in some healthy aspects as well. Thanks a lot for sharing this!

We don’t eat much yogurt in our house due to food allergies, but I love how this company uses the traditional European way to make yogurt. The dip recipe you included looks great…perfect for dipping anything. And since it is so easy to make, it would be a perfect thing to bring to a bbq.

This sounds really good! I’m trying to eat much better than I have been lately. Which means adding more yogurt and even using it for baking! I’ve never had high mountain before I will have to check it out if I can find it around here!

Wait. What? I had absolutely no idea that you could make ranch …. anything. I honestly thought it was just something you’d buy at the store and that’s that. It looks so freakin’ easy to make too man! I am so adopting this dip recipe lol. Yum.

Yummy and quick. Sounds like just what I need in the summer to have for the kids to enjoy. Hopefully to encourage a couple of my more picky ones to eat some more vegetables. I will have to give this a shot with them, and well me too of course!

We love to eat fresh veggies with ranch dip! We typically use the fat free sour cream but we cook with plain yogurt a lot and I had never thought about using that instead! Looks delicious and we will definitely give this a try.

I love to use yogurt in my recipes especially when I bake different breads. This is one of my favorite brands to grab when we go to the grocery store. I never thought to use it to make ranch like this before.

I love yogurt and cannot believe that I haven’t made my own dips using it. I wouldn’t mind using the yogurt to make a dip for fruit. I’ve seen a lot of Pinterest recipes that show a variety of options to consider.

I never thing to use yogurt instead of sourcream while I am cooking but I am going to start. Thank you for sharing this recipe for a 5 minute yogurt ranch dip. You have motivated me to use yogurt in the future.

I love this yogurt in smoothies. I never thought to make ranch dip. I think I will try this over the weekend. Has to be a better base than sour cream! Thanks for the tip!

I’ve never had ranch dip before so now I’m wondering what it tastes like! It’s great that this dip is so easy to make and I like that you’ve used yogurt instead of sour cream because I hate that stuff! I need to make some of this and try it out for myself 🙂
