I am a food truck and meat lover so when I heard about the Fair Game Gourmet Food Truck you know it was right up my alley!
Chef Jean Paul Peluffo is using his culinary training and gourmet background to change the way people think about food from a truck. With game options ranging from Pulled Pork, to Wild Boar, to Cajun-style Alligator, Chef Jean Paul wants to broaden the palate of his guests and test the limits of street food.
The concept is simple: choose your game, and have it your way! Guests will be able to choose from game options ranging from BBQ Pulled Pork to Braised Short Ribs, to Cajun Style Alligator, to Maine Fresh Lobster. Then, you can either have your game served to you on a salad, in two sliders, or three tacos. Game offerings will vary from event to event and Chef Peluffo will continue to update the menu with specials.
Fair Game will also contribute 5% of their net profits each year to benefit local veteran support and foster youth programs, in addition to participating in various charity events throughout the year. They will be serving the Skid Row community during the Thanksgiving season and a Veteran’s Hospital in December.
